About Us

Madhav completed his schooling from Maharashtra Mandal's Katariya Highschool in 1981. He graduated in Commerce from BMCC in 1986, ranking 41st on the Merit List. Between 1984 and 1987, he pursued and successfully passed his CA exams on the first attempt, achieving his CA certification in July 1987. Furthering his education, he completed a General Graduation in Laws (LL.B) from ILS Law College Pune in 1989, ranking first in the college for two consecutive years. He began his professional career as a Chartered Accountant in 1987 and has since amassed 37 years of continuous experience in the field.

He became a teacher by luck, and it soon became his first passion. He started teaching 11th and 12th standard Commerce students, focusing on Accountancy and Commercial Arithmetic from 1987 to 1990. Later, he expanded his teaching to include 11th to TY B.Com students, covering subjects like Accountancy, Costing/Cost Accountancy, Mercantile Law, Income Tax, and Company Law from 1991 to 2005. From 2003 to 2011, he taught at MBA colleges in and around Pune and eventually began corporate training alongside his MBA courses. Since 2010, he has been conducting specialized financial literacy trainings, focusing on Financial Management, Capital Management, Management Accountancy, and Labour and Commercial Laws.
